• Visit the official website of Xfinity and find the Sign-in option at the right top of the page.
• A new page will open, on which you will find 'Forgot username and password?
• After clicking on it, Xfinity will direct you to the next page to enter the user name.
• Enter the username and click on the 'Continue button.'
• After clicking the continue button, you came across a captcha on the security page.
• Confirm the captcha, and you will be redirected to a new page where you are provided with password recovery options.
• You will ask to send an email or text message to your mobile phone number on the password recovery option.
• Select the suitable option and click on the continue option.
• You will get the password recovery link to your email/phone, which you must enter on the screen and click on the Continue button.
• If you don't have access to the phone number or the email mentioned, you can go for the 'Try a Different method' option.
• For this, you need to answer a security question (which has been set up during sign-up) and a Zip Code.
• After entering the answer, enter the Zip code and click on the Continue button.
• If the answer to the security question is correct, you will be redirected to the password reset page.
• Now you can create your new password and click on the Continue button. You will get a confirmation message to reset your account password.
• Now you can easily log in to your Comcast account.
